George and Melissa Gruber ~ seasoned locals. Both hailing from the East, George moved to Breckenridge in 1974 and Melissa in 1987.
We met in Breckenridge, married in Breckenridge and are now raising our three children in Breckenridge.
George worked on the Breckenridge Ski Patrol for 20 years; since his arrival, he also has been a General Contractor and built many fine homes in the surrounding area. Melissa works for the ski area in the Guest Services Department. We love the community and all it has to offer - this is home!
George built Gruber Haus in 1986. We lived there for several years then decided to offer our home as your "vacation home". The prime location, gorgeous views and layout of the home are superior when vacationing in Breckenridge.
